Enrollment Instructions
1. Go to https://learning.appraisalcourseassociates.com and click on the Log In link in the upper right corner. Then click on the Create new account.
2. Complete the New Account form that appears and click on Create my new account. You will be sent an email containing easy-to-follow instructions to complete your registration process. Follow the link provided and you will be taken to a Thanks for registering page. If you did not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder. Not there? Contact info@appraisalcourseassociates.com and ask to be manually confirmed.
3. Log into the website, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the course title 2024+ Complete Online Course in Personal Property Appraising (Featuring USPAP). Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the ENROL button to immediately open the course:
That’s all there is to do! You will automatically be enrolled.
4. Enrollment is FREE. Other than the cost of two required books and an optional final appraisal report review fee, there are no fees associated with this monumental online course for personal property appraisers.
5. While all parts of the course are optional, if you complete the following three parts, you will earn a Certificate of Course Completion. (Once registered and enrolled, see Testing: Lesson Quizzes, Course Exams, Final Project.)

- Take each of the ten Lesson Quizzes and pass with a grade of 70% or better.
- Take and pass each of the two exams with a grade of 75% or better.
- Submit a final sample appraisal report for review and approval.
