Please note that class size is limited, so be sure to register early. Classes normally run from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. with hourly breaks and lunch around noon. These are intense courses and may require evening reading assignments.

6-Day Appraising Personal Property: A Core Course in Valuation Studies Featuring USPAP ($1285 plus three course books)

(The 4-day Part I of this course which covers principles and methodology is normally taught in conjunction with the 2-day Part II which covers USPAP. However, if space is available, we will accept students desiring to take only Part I. Contact us if you are interested in taking only Part I. The cost is $1100 which includes one course book, Appraising Personal Property: Principles and Methodology -2nd Edition. Note that you will need to bring the course book with you to class. The course book is included in the cost or your course registration and will be mailed to you upon registration.)
